Conquering Defeat~Tuesday

Picture
As a writer it can be particularly challenging to avoid the trap of comparison. It is easy to see how many shares and likes and comments other blog posts receive. Especially when mine seem to come and go with barely a blip. I long to encourage multitudes of women with my words, but over time I have learned one critical fact:

Encouraging one is enough.

If that is the full extent of my reach, then I must trust that what God has inspired me to write has touched the one He intended it to touch.

What area of your life invites the most comparison?

How can you find consolation in the small places?

Who is your one?

Dear Father,
Release me from feeling as though I must impact the world in a big way. Show me the one with whom I can share Your glory. In Jesus, name, Amen.
